Go-live readiness review
A time-boxed review of a payment application and its first live settlement window before you switch merchants or channels onto it.
Some clients do not need a full-period audit. They need a second pair of eyes on the application and the first settlement files before a cutover. We work to the calendar you give us: freeze of fee and routing rules, last test batch, first live day, and intended acquirer handover.
The review concentrates on differences from the test environment, refund paths that were never exercised in testing, user access still open after freeze, and any manual adjustment that is not cross-referenced to a ticket. We will not rubber-stamp a cutover we have not examined.
If the window is too short for the scope you want, we say so in the scoping letter rather than compress the work into a gesture. Fees assume one application and one cutover. Additional acquirers or a rollback plan that itself needs testing are quoted separately.
