Terms of use
Last updated 12 August 2026. These terms cover this website and enquiries sent through it. A signed engagement letter, not this page, governs paid examination work.
Who we are
Vector Portal Hub practises from 55 Jalan Teluk Batik, Lumut, Perak 32200, Malaysia. Contact desk@vectorportal-hub.digital or +60 5-6836510. The site describes independent audit of payment applications. It is not a marketplace, a payment processor, or a software product.
Using the site
You may read the pages, request a scoping note, and share public URLs. You may not scrape the site in a way that impairs other readers, present our pages as your own, or use the contact form to send advertising. Fee ranges are informational. Nothing on the site is an offer to contract until both sides sign an engagement letter.
No professional advice on the page
Field notes and examination descriptions are general. They are not an opinion on your application. An opinion exists only in a signed letter for a named application and period.
Enquiries
Sending the form is a request for a scoping note, not a booking and not a payment. We may decline work that sits outside our competence, independence, or calendar. We do not take cards or deposits through this website.
Intellectual property
Text, layout, and the Vector Portal Hub name on this site belong to the practice unless a credit says otherwise. Photographs are loaded from a public image host and remain subject to that host’s terms. You may quote a short passage with a link; you may not republish a page in full.
Accuracy
We take care with descriptions of our work. Addresses, hours, and fee starting points can change. If a page and a signed letter disagree, the letter wins for that engagement.
Liability
This website is provided as a public description of the practice. We are not liable for decisions you take solely from reading it. Liability for examination work is set in the engagement letter and, where Malaysian law requires, cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Perak have non-exclusive jurisdiction for disputes about the site. Engagement letters may name a different forum for the work they cover.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page is the version that applies to later visits. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new text for website use only.
