What we store
If you accept or reject the banner, we store one value in this browser under the key vph_cookie_consent. The value is either “accepted” or “rejected”. It exists so the banner does not return on every page load. It is not used to track you across other sites.
What we do not store
We do not set advertising cookies, analytics suites, or a colour-scheme preference. There is no dark/light toggle and no localStorage key for a theme.
Your choice
Accept or reject. Either choice lets you keep reading, request a scoping note, and use the rest of the site. Rejecting does not block examinations, forms, or pages. If storage is blocked by the browser, the banner may return next visit; the site still works.
How long
The preference stays until you clear site data for this domain or until we change the key because the banner itself has changed. Clearing it only brings the banner back. It does not delete an email you already sent.
How to change your mind
