Privacy
Last updated 12 August 2026. This note explains how we handle personal data when you read this site or write to the practice.
Who holds the data
Vector Portal Hub, 55 Jalan Teluk Batik, Lumut, Perak 32200, Malaysia. Write to desk@vectorportal-hub.digital for privacy questions. We practise in Malaysia and treat the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 as the baseline for this note.
What we collect
If you only read the site, we do not ask for your name. The contact form collects your name, work email, organisation, optional application name, and the message you write. If you telephone or email the desk, we keep what you send so we can reply. We do not run advertising pixels and we do not buy lists.
Why we use it
To answer a scoping request, to say whether an examination fits, to send an engagement letter if both sides proceed, and to keep a record of what was asked. We do not use enquiry data to profile you for marketing. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies
A single preference may be stored on your device so the cookie banner does not return every visit. That preference is described on the cookie note. Rejecting it does not block the site.
Sharing
We share enquiry details with the people named on the practice page who need them to scope or perform work. We may share what the law requires, or what you ask us to send to another adviser. Hosting and email providers process data on our instructions. They are not given a licence to use your message for their own advertising.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are kept only as long as we need to show we replied, then deleted or archived with access limited to the desk. Engagement files follow the retention named in the letter, usually aligned to professional record-keeping rather than to a marketing calendar.
Your choices
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to stop using your details for a pending enquiry that has not become an engagement. Write to desk@vectorportal-hub.digital. We may need to confirm it is you. Some records we must keep for a period the letter or the law names.
Overseas
If a hosting or email provider stores a copy outside Malaysia, we still treat the enquiry as a Malaysian practice record. We do not transfer enquiry files to a third country as a product feature.
Children
This site describes professional examination work for organisations. It is not directed at children.
Complaints
Write to us first. You may also contact the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Commissioner if you believe the law has not been followed.
